Mission: Our mission is to promote the game of indoor soccer through the organization of leagues and tournaments in the Shenandoah Valley.   WISL recognizes that the introduction of a indoor soccer program can positively impacting the key areas of player development in all levels and ages.

About: The Winchester Indoor Soccer League was established for the winter 2005-2006 Season to provide players with elite level competition in the Shenandoah Valley.  The league will be selective in which the teams are accepted ensuring the the league remains consistent in providing top level competition and level appropriate players competing through the game of indoor soccer.
